Payment for Classes Payment for class(es) is due at the time of registration. We accept cash, personal, business and/or cashier’s check, as well as Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Pre-registration is important. If we do not reach the minimum number of participants necessary to prevent a revenue loss, we reserve the right to cancel any class, at least 2 days prior to the start date.
Class Cancellation Policy We don’t like to cancel classes, however, sometimes it is necessary to cancel before the first meeting when enrollments do not reach a minimum. Every effort is made to notify registered students by phone of the cancellation. For this reason, we MUST have a current daytime phone number and e-mail address.
